Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 3783) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE BILL NO. 524 am                                                                          
     "An Act relating to the protection of land and water from waste                                
     disposal; providing for the regulation of waste management;                                    
     making conforming amendments; and providing for an effective

Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to HB 524 am, thus adopting SCS HB 524(RES), and                                          
recommended that the members vote yes.                                                              
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                          
amendment to HB 524 am?"  The roll was taken with the following

effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.

SCS HB 524(RES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
